I am a highly self-motivated, confident and loyal individual. Through my own dedication and commitment to achieving excellent standards and results, coupled with good listening skills, I am able to inspire, motivate, manage and develop people.

I worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group for nearly 30 years in a variety of roles and have acquired considerable business acumen in a very customer focussed environment. I have been using these skills and my network in a consultancy capacity to make deals happen. This applied with common sense and some humility, has enabled me to achieve considerable success in my career to date.

I gained a degree in Sports Science in 2003 and was awarded the University Medal for outstanding achievement. I hold qualifications in Stress Management, Team Coaching and I am a qualified sports & remedial massage therapist.
